Created to raise public awareness during the COVID pandemic, regarding safety measures in public spaces, we wanted to bring some humour to the subject without undermining the importance of the message.  This campaign featured beloved English RFU referee Wayne Barnes in a role that saw him dish out a penalty for a public infraction that went against COVID-19 guidelines.
